1- ACCORDO PER LA MODALITA' D'UTILIZZO
Il presente Sito è offerto a condizione che l'utente accetti, senza modifiche e/o riserve, i termini, le condizioni e le comunicazioni ivi contenute. L'utilizzo da parte dell'utente di questo Sito costituisce accettazione incondizionata di tutti i seguenti termini e condizioni che potranno comunque essere modificati e/o aggiornati, in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso, dalla Tenuta San Vito a propria insindacabile discrezione; l'utilizzazione del Sito dopo eventuali modifiche sarà considerata come Sua incondizionata adesione ai termini e condizioni così come modificati. Quale condizione per l'utilizzo del Sito, Lei garantisce alla Tenuta San Vito che non lo utilizzerà per scopi illegali o proibiti dai presenti termini e condizioni. L'utente non può modificare, duplicare, distribuire, trasmettere, eseguire, riprodurre, pubblicare, concedere in licenza, creare lavori derivati, trasferire o vendere informazioni, software, prodotti o servizi ottenuti da questo Sito; le informazioni, le immagini, le fotografie, i marchi, i prodotti ed in genere gli elementi ed il materiale che troverà in questo Sito sono divulgati solamente a scopo promozionale e pubblicitario e possono essere da Lei utilizzati solo per fini personali e non commerciali.

La titolarità ed i diritti di proprietà intellettuale per le informazioni, le immagini, le fotografie, i marchi ed in genere gli elementi ed i materiali resi disponibili attraverso questo Sito, sono registrati dai rispettivi proprietari. La Tenuta San Vito, i suoi soci, amministratori, dirigenti e dipendenti non forniscono alcuna garanzia e non assumono alcuna responsabilità, a qualsiasi titolo, sulla funzionalità di questo Sito e dei connessi programmi di software che potrebbero presentare dei mal funzionamenti e contenere dei virus od altri elementi dannosi, inaccuratezze e/o errori tipografici, nonché sul contenuto, sulla verità e correttezza di tutte le informazioni, elementi e materiali presenti in questo Sito che possono tutti comunque essere oggetto di modifiche od aggiornamenti, in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso, dalla Tenuta San Vito a propria insindacabile discrezione. La Tenuta San Vito, i suoi soci, amministratori, dirigenti e dipendenti non potranno pertanto essere ritenuti responsabili, per qualsiasi ragione e titolo, per le eventuali perdite e danni di qualsiasi entità e natura, parziali o totali, diretti od indiretti, che dovessero derivare dall'utilizzazione di questo Sito e ciò anche qualora vengano a conoscenza del possibile verificarsi di tali danni.
L'utilizzatore delle informazioni o dei materiali contenuti in questo Sito si assume, a titolo esclusivo, la totale ed incondizionata responsabilità per le eventuali perdite, costi e danni, diretti e/o indiretti di qualsiasi natura ed entità che possano derivare dall'utilizzazione medesima. Qualora Lei non sia soddisfatto di qualche parte del presente Sito o di qualche termine di utilizzo, l'unico ed esclusivo rimedio a Sua disposizione è quello di sospendere immediatamente l'utilizzo del Sito medesimo.

5- MODIFICA DEI PRESENTI TERMINI E CONDIZIONI
La Tenuta San Vito si riserva il diritto di modificare i termini, le condizioni e le comunicazioni in base alle quali viene offerto il presente Sito.
6- LEGGE APPLICABILE
Per quanto non regolato dai suddetti termini e condizioni di utilizzo di questo Sito, si applica esclusivamente la Legge Italiana che l'utente accetta con l'utilizzo medesimo. Con la utilizzazione di questo Sito, si accetta espressamente la competenza esclusiva dell'autorità giudiziaria italiana - Foro di Pisa per qualsiasi eventuale controversia dovesse insorgere anche in merito all'interpretazione dei suindicati termini e condizioni d'utilizzo e/o alla stessa utilizzazione del Sito.
7- GENERALE
L'utilizzo di questo Sito non è autorizzato nelle giurisdizioni che non riconoscono tutte le disposizioni di cui ai presenti termini e condizioni, incluso, in via esemplificativa, il presente paragrafo. Qualora qualsiasi parte del presente accordo fosse ritenuta invalida o non applicabile ai sensi di legge, tale disposizione si considererà superata da una disposizione valida ed applicabile, che consenta il più possibile di raggiungere l'intento della disposizione originaria ed il resto dell'accordo continuerà ad essere efficace. Una versione stampata di questo accordo e di qualsiasi comunicazione data in forma elettronica, dovrà essere considerata quale prova ammissibile in eventuali procedimenti giudiziari o amministrativi basati o relativi al presente accordo.

LEGGE N.675/1996 TUTELA DELLA PRIVACY
1- GARANZIA DI RISERVATEZZA
La informiamo, ai sensi dell'Art. 10 della Legge 31 dicembre 1996 n. 675 recante disposizioni a tutela delle persone e di altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali, che i dati personali da Lei forniti ovvero altrimenti acquisiti nell'ambito della nostra attività, potranno formare oggetto di trattamento, nel rispetto delle disposizioni sopra richiamate e degli obblighi di riservatezza. Per trattamento di dati personali si intende la loro raccolta, registrazione, organizzazione, conservazione, elaborazione, modificazione, selezione, estrazione, raffronto, utilizzo, interconnessione, blocco, comunicazione, diffusione, cancellazione o distribuzione ovvero la combinazione di due o più di tali operazioni.
2- TRATTAMENTO E TITOLARE DEL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI
Ai sensi della citata Legge, il Titolare del trattamento è la Tenuta San Vito - Via San Vito, 32 - 50056 Montelupo Fiorentino (Fi), nella persona del legale rappresentante sig. Neri Gazulli. La informiamo che con il suo preventivo consenso saranno trattati esclusivamente i suoi dati personali "Non Sensibili"; il trattamento potrà essere effettuato nell'ambito della normale attività commerciale della Tenuta San Vito per finalità statistiche, di marketing, in relazione ad operazioni promozionali e di vendita dei prodotti effettuati attraverso l'invio via e-mail di materiale pubblicitario o l'utilizzazione di altri sistemi di comunicazione commerciale e potrà essere eseguito con o senza l'ausilio di mezzi elettronici o comunque automatizzati atti a collegarli secondo variabili a seconda delle diverse situazioni e necessità anche a dati riferibili ad altri soggetti. La Tenuta San Vito potrà far eseguire i trattamenti di cui sopra (sempre nel rispetto delle suddette misure di riservatezza e sicurezza) da società o enti, pubblici o privati, la cui attività sia ad essa connessa, strumentale o di supporto; a tale scopo, ai sensi degli Artt.20 e 28 della Legge n.675/96, i Suoi dati personali "Non Sensibili" potranno venire trasmessi a terzi soggetti, sia in Italia che all'Estero.
3- DIRITTI DELL'INTERESSATO
L'Art.13 della Legge n.675/96 stabilisce i diritti e le facoltà (accesso, correzione, cancellazione, opposizione di trattamento, etc.) che Lei potrà esercitare in merito al trattamento dei dati da Lei conferiti.

1- AGREEMENT FOR USE
The present Site is offered on the conditions that the user accepts, without modifications or exceptions, the terms, conditions and information contained herein. The use on the part of the user of the Site constitutes unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions that can be in any case modified and/or updated at any time and without previous notice, of the Tenuta San Vito at its own incontrovertible discretion; utilisation of the Site following possible modifications will be considered as the user’s unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions as modified. As a condition for the use of the Site, the user guarantees the Tenuta San Vito that the Site will not be used for operations that are illegal or prohibited by the present terms and conditions. The user shall not modify, duplicate, distribute, transmit, execute, reproduce, publish, license, create work derived from, transfer or sell information, software, produces or services obtained from this Site; all information, images, photographs, logos, products and material in general that is to be found in this Site are made available with the sole aim of publicity or promotion and can be utilised by the user only for personal use and not commercial use.

The ownership and rights of intellectual property for the information, images, photographs, logos and elements and material in general made available on the Site are registered by the respective owners. Tenuta San Vito, its members, administrators, directors, and employees do not supply any guarantees and do not assume any responsibility, in whatever capacity, for the functionality of the Site and of the software programs connected to it that could present malfunctions and contain viruses and other dangerous elements, inaccuracies and/or typographical errors, as well as in content, of the true and correct nature of the information, elements and materials present in this Site all of which are in any case subject to modifications or updates at any time and without previous notice by the Tenuta San Vito at its incontrovertible discretion. Tenuta San Vito, its members, administrators, directors and employees cannot be help responsible for any reason or in any capacity per possible loss or damage of whatever nature, partial or total, direct or indirect, that might derive from use of this Site, even when the possibility of such damage is made known.
The user of the information or material contained in this Site assumes the sole, total and unconditional responsibility for possible losses, costs or damages, direct or indirect of whatsoever nature and entity that could derive from use of the same. If at any time the user is not satisfied with some part of the present Site or some of the terms for its use, the sole and exclusive remedy at his disposition is that of immediately suspending use of the same.

The present Site can contain links to sites managed by third parties, furnished solely for the user’s convenience. The linked Sites are not checked by Tenuta San Vito, which is not and cannot be in any way held responsible, for whatever reason or in whatever capacity, for the contents of the sites and link addresses; no adhesion or association is derived from the link on the part of the Tenuta San Vito to the other sites.
5- MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRESENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tenuta San Vito reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and communications on the basis of what is offered on the present Site.
6- APPLICABLE LAWS
As much as is not regulated by the terms and conditions for use of the Site cited above is to be covered exclusively by the Italian laws which the user accepts by using the Site. By using this Site, the user expressly accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian judicial authorities – Pisa Forum – for any possible controversy that might arise due to an interpretation of the terms and conditions indicated above for use and/or for the use itself of the Site.
7- GENERAL
The use of this Site is not authorised in jurisdictions that do not recognise the dispositions of the present terms and conditions, including, by way of example, the present paragraph. Should whatever part of the present agreement be held invalid or not applicable in light of the law, such disposition shall be considered superseded by a valid and applicable disposition, which permits as much as possible the achievement of the original disposition and the rest of the agreement shall continue to be effective. A printed version of this agreement and whatever communication in electronic form will be considered as admissible evidence in possible judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relative to the present agreement.

LAW NO. 675/1996 RESPECT FOR PRIVACY
1- GUARANTEE OF PRIVACY
We inform you that in accordance with Art. 10 of Law 31 December 1996 no. 675 containing dispositions that protect persons and other subjects with respect to the treatment of personal data, that the personal data furnished by the user or otherwise acquired in the context of our activities, can form the object of treatment, with respect to the dispositions sited above and the obligations of privacy. By treatment of personal data is intended the gathering, registration, organisation, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilisation, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation or distribution as well as a combination of two or more of these activities.
2- TREATMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Law cited above, the owner of the treatment is Tenuta San Vito – Via San Vito, 32 – 50056 Montelupo Fiorentino (Fi), in the person of its legal representative, Mr. Neri Gazulli. We inform the user that with his preventative consent shall be treated exclusively “non-sensitive” personal data; the treatment can take place in the context of the normal commercial activity of Tenuta San Vito to the end of creating marketing statistics relative to promotional operations and of the sale of products effected through the electronic mailing (e-mail) of publicity materials or by means of other systems of commercial communications aimed at connecting them according to variables according to various situations and necessities with data relative to other subjects. Tenuta San Vito may execute the treatments listed above (with respect to the aforementioned measures of privacy and security) by societies or institutions, public or private, whose activities are connected to them, instrumental or of support; to this end, with respect to Articles 20 and 28 of Law no. 675/96, the user’s “non-sensitive” personal data can be transmitted to third parties both in Italy and abroad.
3- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Article 13 of Law no. 675/96 established the rights and faculties (access, correction, cancellation, opposition to treatment, etc.) that the user can exercise regarding the treatment of data conferred by the user.
